Jan Hall

Vice President | Director of Business Development and Preconstruction

As Director of Business Development, Jan is responsible for expanding the firm’s market share and overseeing client management. Jan received her CPSM certification in 2000 and is a Certified Professional Services Marketer. She has over 35 years of experience in the AEC industry marketing professional services. Once we are selected for a project, Jan manages the preconstruction efforts. This continuity is unique in the AEC industry.

As Director of Preconstruction, she is the liaison between the owner and the design-build team and, advocates for the owner. She is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the preconstruction phase of the project (inception through construction permitting). Jan is heavily involved in the site plan submittal and approval process. She works closely with the civil engineer and the city in which the project is being constructed to ensure the owner’s best interests are at the forefront of any decision which impacts the project.
